I got mine yesterday and am pretty impressed! Got it off amazon for $10 with a coupon...a 3" acrylic riser makes a good stand for it!

Just got mine, finally! It's a cool little replica for the price.

I want to hack it to install a more powerful projector, maybe guts of a cheap, used RGB LED or laser projector, louder audio FX and either fill the vacuum tube with clear resin to look like portal fluid or animate the thing inside the fluid.
