Richard Miller - RIP

Damn. Time marches on, but...
Sad to read the news of Richard Miller passing away. I loved my time sculpting with him at LDAC and Skywalker; he was my teacher and had we had more time together I think would have been a good friend. You had to be on your toes around Richard. But when he was teaching, the no-nonsense was a blast to see in action. I can't even begin to touch on his skill. It's a shame Carrie never wore the 'bikini' how it was intended, but a story for another time... Richard, Pete, Ralph... I miss you gents. You're with me daily.

I worked with Richard for close to 15 years. He put on a grouchy persona, but inside was a heart of gold.
Such a sweetheart of a man. I learned a lot from him, and really enjoyed his sense of humor.
He would call everyone "young man", as if he were your grampa.

We miss you "old man!"
