...what thickness foam did you use for the Kylo helmet you did?.. and where did it come from?
Looking for foam to do it with I keep finding foam that is too thin or too thick.

What kind of glue are you using to attach the foam to each other - and, in particular - the foam mohawk to the helmet? Is it secure if dropped?
