Looks great!
Any chance you can put alittle video together?
A video of wrapping it on my head?
I do plan to try that tonight, after it's dyed. It is very simple, though:
First you put the shirt over your head and poke your face out of the neck hole. Then pull the body of the shirt down around your shoulders and arrange it so it covers your shoulders and bust, like Rey's did. It's good to fuss a bit with the "neck" area, kind of pull the fabric down and make sure you won't end up with a Turkey Gobbler under your chin. LOL
Then take both arms and cross them behind your head, twisting the arms as you do. Then bring each arm forward, sort of inter weaving them with the piece from before when you wrapped them behind your head (think "Crown of Thorns") and then just keep wrapping them around till they come back to the rear again. then you can just tuck the loose ends into the wrappings in back.
I found it helpful once I had the whole thing on to sew a small stitch on each side of my head, to hold the "bottom" of the "face mask" portion tightly so that when I put it over my nose and mouth it gives a sort of ninja mask look to it, and holds tightly. But the material is sooo stretchy, so it's easy to pull it down under your chin. You see Rey do this once right in the beginning of the film...you can tell there is stretch to it. Initially I'd thought there was elastic, but there really is no need.
I'll do the video demo later tonight, and will show this feature as well.

I assume its like the "tshirt ninja" thing Ive seen done...
You put the opening of the head where your eyes go and kinda drape the shirt over your chest and back...then tie the arms around your head?
Yes! You've got it exactly!
