Supplies have begun to show up!!



I've begun cutting on what will become the master faceplate. Once I have it's shape refined and matched with my personal pair of goggles, I will use it as a template for all other builds.

I also have some greeblies casted up...



Lenses arrived on Saturday! So Run #1 run is ON!!


Those of you on the waiting list will remain here, and when Run #1 is complete, i will begin Run #2 and place eight of you there.

New additions from this point on will go on the waiting list as they express interest, and will become part of Run #3, and so on.

I don't know for sure without having your address and the size/weight of the package, but when I sent my m37 satchel to UK from here it was about 25.00 so thats probably a close guess.

here's a little peek:




I've been working on the "Master Plate". The idea is that once I get this faceplate to a point where it matches my personal set in shape, i will then use it to trace the shape onto each of the others so that we will have consistency of form.

That is also the reason why I've chosen to build them concordantly: this way when i'm doing eye cutouts I am doing them all at once so they will be uniform. When I'm making the flashlights they will all be to the same standard, etc.

I'm pretty happy with this shape. When I get home tonight I will do a final comparison with my personal set, and if it's all good then starting tomorrow it will be time to cut out all of your faceplates and glue in lenses. So STAY TUNED!! :cool

yes...! I'll add you to the waiting list. Right now the list is three runs deep, and only those on run #1 have been asked to pay. run two will probably begin within two weeks, and run three about the same time after that... so there is plenty of time to save your $$$
