The curse of B5 strikes again... She is one of my all time favorite characters in B5. I remember when I had my nephew watch the show probably five years ago and after one part he says "Wow she is a BAD*SS!".

From this BBC article it seems she had died from complications with the West Nile Virus. If I interpret JMS's tweet correctly, she had had that virus for some time.

It’s been confirmed it was west nile.

The percentage of people who die of it is not that high from some articles I have read, which makes it more unbelievable and unbearable that she has passed away from this.

She was indeed the Grand Dame of the Series
