(Research) Help Identifying Materials/Fabric, Batman: Dying is Easy

"Batman: Dying is Easy" is an upcoming an fan film created by Bat in the Sun. They've released a couple of images of their Batsuit design and I instantly fell in love with the chainmail-ish textured pattern bodysuit. I'm a bit new to cosplaying so I've hard time finding a similar material. Anyone know what could be used to achieve a similar look. Reference photo below:
