Republic Star Destroyer...FINISHED, sooooo happy!

She is done, 8 weeks or so for the build. This is the first time I have done fiber optics’s and a complex light system, well complex for me! Did a ton of super detailing, I followed the lead from some

of the guys here on the RPF, thanks! my screaming out loud comment during this build was” they were working a second ago !” in regards to the lights. glad she is done!

great job penciling in all of those panel lines - they look fantastic. Where did the PE come from for the windows, hangar etc? Is there a dedicated Venator PE set out now? (I haven't looked this up yet but I'm going to) Likely candidate being Greenstrawberry.

The side panels and nose are stock, right?

I added detail to all parts of the ship including the sides. As for colors, just a light gray and regular red with

a ton of washes of various colors

Great build, I have wanted to do this model for awhile now, your is very inspiring! I may need to grab one of these now, awesome work. The lighting and extra detail really set this model off.

Did you draw those panel lines with a pencil? I have done that on my SD builds and was just curious.
