Glad to hear it- DC is a little too soon for me, I had hoped to have the money sooner. That should give me more time to save, and to work on my armor molds, too. In the meantime, I have the Scorch figure, and I'm studying the paint scheme so I will know what the hell I'm doing by the time the RC armor is done.

None of our helmets are on ebay now.

Yeah. I'm somewhat back on WE are working hard on getting the kits done and getting ready to ship. Jack has been getting a lot of e-mails and PM's for me so I'll try to cover them all in this post.
1. When will the helmets be available?
We have begun pulling copies. We are working out the perfect lense and light system. I hope to be able to offer sales before the end of July (preferrably within the next 2 weeks). We have been slowed down slightly due to personal issues catastrophes.
2. How much will the helmets be exactly?
We have not set a final price. We want to lock down our cost of materials and time before we set a final price. The current aim is around $140-150 for the unfinished kit. $200-225 for finished basic white. $250+ for game character or custom paint schemes depending on the defficulty of the paint job. THESE ARE NOT FINAL PRICES.
3. When will the armor be available?
We plan to unveil the final suits at DragonCon, so the kits will be available some time in September.
4. Will the helmets and armor be available as a combined kit for a discount?
Probably not at first. After the initial offering, we may put together helmet/armor kits.
5. Is there a multiple helmet discount?
Yes. We don't know what it will be yet, since we don't know how much the helmets will be to begin with.

Republic Commandos do qualify for 501st membership. Infact, we have had one for almost 2 years;

In the near future, the Clone Trooper category in the 501st may be broken up into more precise subcategories. Republic Commandos are slated to receive their own designation.
White (pre-deployment), Sev, Scorch, Fixer, and Boss are the only Republic Commando paint schemes being considered for 501st membership. Custom paint schemes will not be considered for 501st membership at this tyme. Back packs, weapons and appropiate accessories will be required for Sev, Scorch, Fixer, and Boss in the 501st.
It will require some work to fully recreate the heros of Republic Commando, but boy will it be worth it.

Absolutely stunning. Now I don't know whether I want to continue with my plans of doing a Commander Kody, or do one of these.
