Since we are getting more and more requests for RPF members to attend various events and conventions, I want to make sure that we are all on the same page in regard to a few protocols.
Obviously, we encourage everyone to promote and share the RPF everywhere you can. However, please be very careful that you do not in any way pass yourself off as an official representative of the site unless you have talked to us first.
If you want to display RPF signage or any type of promotional material for the RPF, please talk to us first. We have a number of people who organize our official RPF representation at conventions and shows and we want to be careful that no confusion is created as well as no duplication of work.
