Replica M79 and Grenades

Hi Guys,
I am new to this site, I am trying to replicate an M79 grenade launcher as used in many VietNam War era movies, anyone know of anyone that makes kits etc , it doesnt need to open or anything just look physically good its only for my personal display of VietNam militaria,

Also looking for replicas of the US frag grenades and the Smoke grenades for the same era, these can be plastic or what ever.

Appreciate any leads.

Hi, Checkout the airsoft sites. There are a variety of airsoft M79's that look very authentic and shoot airsoft 6mm BB's out of replica 40mm grenades. Sometimes you can find broken ones, won't work for airsoft but still look great.

One problem with Airsoft and Australian laws, anything that shoots a projectileof any description is class as a weapon and hence a prohibited import, its bad enough just having a replica, fine for the collection but caught outside with it and all kinds of bells and whistles will go off with the fuzz, so its gotta be done in the home and kept in the home which is why I want to scratch build one, I will trawl the threads and try and find the blue prints
