Repairing quills on a Sideshow P1 bust

Hey there everyone. I'm just after any handy tips anybody can offer about touching up a few minor problems with my Sideshow P1 bust. There are 2 quills missing & a tiny chip on the end of one of the mandibles, right where the saliva is supposed to be dripping off the tooth. They're only minor problems but any advice on restoring this beast to perfect condition would be much appreciated.

(Sorry for the blurry pics but my camera doesn't focus well).

Just make some quills from sculpey and find a maching color and paint the tooth
superglue the quills and clearcoat the tooth and its just as new.

i recently did a compleate repaint of my SS P1 bust and are just waiting for a cannon to be mounted.

I'm not much of a handyman so I appreciate the advice. Any particular materials you'd recommend for the best result? I really don't want to mess this up.
