Trying to remove the original lenses on it. Lenses just wont budge..

Have you tried just putting presure on the corners of the lenses? I had to do the same thing with mine. And as I recall, they were fairly easy to pop out.
Do you plan on installing them on the inside like they should be? I know that when I get time, that is what I plan on doing. It makes the lid look mucho better.

Just what was already said. Try puttin gpressure onthe corner of the lenses. If all else fails.... WHIP OUT THE DREMEL... :lol

No need to be nice to the lenses, just break 'em out. There is some cleanup involved and you will break the lenses, but you should be replacing them anyway.
