Remove Beer Tab from Roman’s Graflex

Has anyone tried removing the beer tab from a Roman’s Graflex? If so, how did you do it?

I’ve seen guys tape off around the rivet, grab the rivet with some pliers and wiggle it side to side until it breaks free

I take the whole flash apart, and file the rivet from the inside

A little filing and the tab falls right off, and I don’t have to worry about slipping with the pliers and scratching the flash
