Any ideas apart from the obvious of using fibreglass resin, to stiffen, protect and waterproof a shaped structure that is made from moulded compressed cardboard?
It is the glovebox pocket for a vehicle and doesn't really need resin (it is a bit of overkill) but needs something that will soak into the cardboard and provide a bit of protection plus seal it when layered onto the outside and inside. What stuff do you pep modellers use to make your constructions rigid?
