jjones Well-Known Member Mar 14, 2014 #5 I cut the form out of 1/2" thick foam, then using a heat gun I formed a sheet of thin foam over top of it, I then brushed on expanding foam on the back side to stiffen up the form. I free handed this so I don't have any templates
