Hello all, This is my first thread on the RPF, but I have been lurking on the forum for years, and throughout this time I have seen some truly impressive costumes, and props.
I have recently finished a fallout desert ranger combat armor, and finally feel capable of tackling Halo Mjolnir armor, after a rather pitiful attempt years ago. Being a huge Red vs. Blue fan, I have decided to build Church / Epsilon the blue team's leader throughout much of the series.
So far I have completed a high detail pep of the helmet, and begun the long process of glassing. Aside from some key stress arias, I plan to build most of the suit from EVA foam, the only real problem is, I'm not entirely sure as to which suit to build. I am between the Halo 2, 3, or 4 armor. (I am aware that for the halo 4 there would be some liberties taken with actually having a body, this does not though particularly bother me.) there are some things to be taken into account
1. I am 6 foot 3, and weigh about 200 pounds.
2. I live in the Florida Keys, and in the middle of Austria, so there are two distinct climates that I will ave to deal with
3. I plan on shipping it between them, and University Next Year, so sturdyness and weight are both of concern.
Any Ideas as to which variation may prove best would be greatly appreciated.
As soon as possible I will post pictures of the helmet, as it is currently curing from the first coat of glass.

So after a long time sanding I was forced to remove the rear neck seal in order to fit my head in. due to the limited amount of resin on this part, I plan to duplicate it in a low detail version, and attach it via rare earth magnets. Pictures are coming soon...
