Record sleeve style dvd holder question

I have soundtracks for bioshock adn the fallout games and want to reproduce covers for them that look and work like record sleeves and was wondering if anyone had advice.

Print on glossy card stock.
A single piece of 11x8.5 will be large enough to make the entire thing in one piece

that's what i was thinking. I'll have to tinker to get the printing on it just right. I have been trying to get the one that they gave out as a Fallout 3 preorder but its never on ebay. i think its the last piece i need for all the fallout 3 freebies too.

Yeah, and if you happen to have any of the older issues of Maximum PC or PC Gamer (where the CDs came in card-stock sleeves), you can use them for the template on how to fold them (suggesting this, of course).
