The Game is Flappy Birds, which was just taken off the app stores for Itunes and Google Play. It's super popular and now that it's not available, phones with the game installed are selling big time since the game is super addictive.
But he still WAY overpriced it. You can basically add an extra $50-100 on top of the normal wholesale value of your phone and ebay-it off into the internet today (with flappy birds installed)

He's just an opportunist... and he's even bad at that too...

And he is still watching us here... As soon as we pointed out the phone listing and made fun of his price, he took it down.
I really wish we could pinpoint who this is on the boards.

This guy has committed the ultimate sin when it comes to open content sharing... So glad he was discovered before he caused any real damage.
For those members concerned about posting their personal creations on the RPF I say this. Dont let the shallow deeds of the few prevent you from sharing your most amazing creations. I joined the forum because, like many of you. I LOVE to see what other members can think up. Dare to share.. But, a little water mark never hurt anybody

Putting a water mark on your "FREEBEES" that defeats the point, but you could always pm the creator for a non watermarked version, I've done that in the past and its worked to an extent, but you always get one person asking "can you change..... and send it to my email ..... Thanks" which isn't a big deal sometimes but can be.. personnally It won't stop me from giving freebees away, as they are freebees and I have no commercail interest, so if anyone wants to take time and effort to reproduce and sell them good luck to him/her, as long as they ask permission, and if they do ask the answer will probably be "yes" anyway.

As to those who don't ask, well will have to wait and see first.......

I for one don't want to see the posting of props stop but it's already heading that way from the lack of posts already, and if this animal is reading these posts like we know he is then he is one off many who do this so could we please stop the witch hunt now as it's really not doing any good for the RPF or the members here

So you are asking the RPF to stop the witch hunt as "it is not doing any good"? Are you really asking us to just turn a blind eye because stirring the pot might make people stop sharing? :facepalm

no thats not what I meant, there are more than one person recastering items and its unfair to just go after one individual, I do not condone recasting in any way shape of form, in fact I've asked a few people if i could reproduce a limited run of there items to sell at a fayre I was orgainising and they were more than happy for me to do it I did 5 items x10 each so in a way I'm guilty as well. but if they had said no then I would not have produced them. as it stood I sold each one for £2 so factoring how much it cost to produce and my time I lost money but that was not the exercis. and if someone making hundreds of pounds from recasting or just "1, unles they ask permission then I'm all for hanging them from the yard arm, I just think its unfair to go after one individual and not all, if that makes any sence, and I'm not asking the RPF as they are not the ones posting here the members are, and after all this persons reading these post anyway and is still carriyng on.....

We go after them as we find them. We don't know about them all and as we discover them, we have been pretty successful going after them, figuring out who they are, and having them removed from the site. But that takes time, one scumbag at a time. As we come across them.
If you know of a list that tells us of the guilty parties, please share it.... Until then, don't get bent out of shape the we have a "witch hunt" when we find another recaster pop up.
