RECASTER Alert on Ebay

Item # 110247536263 Predator Helmet
Avoid selling to this ebayer. He states quite clearly in his description that he purchased this helmet on EBAY originally with the express purpose of RECASTING IT and making money. He goes on in his description to tell potential buyers that they can do the same thing.
I dont know if this helmet was the work of someone on thsi board or not but the seller makes it quite clear that he has no problem buying and recasting items or encouraging others to do so. I find it difficult to believe the seller is a member here to be so flagrant in their support of recasting.

That looks like a fan sculpt and not a cast of original.

User is blocked.

Just wish eBay would extend the blocked list to also screen out those on the list when I do searches, so I don't accidentally buy from them.

I saw that one...it looks like it could be a fairly poor recast of one of mine, albeit with a couple of mods around the brow. It has one detail that mine had, that a lot of other P2s don't, but other than that, the quality is so poor that it's hard to tell.

I think I know what detail you are referring to and that caught my eye as there was a thread here not to long ago where someone was accused of recasting another members P2 helmet and that detail wa mentioned.

Just being the devils advocate here buit maybe this person does not know recasting is a big deal, had anyone contacted him and discussed it with him? I just think somoeone should get his side or at least try before calling him names and assuming the worst.
