Have you guys ever tried using Alclad chrome for the endo part of the mask??

The endo part is in silicone. Alćlad paint is not flexible and doesnt stick to silicone. Only silicone can be used to paint silicone but a company is coming up with something so we will see

Sounds interesting.

Actually it is supposedly flexible according to Stan Winston School. It just needed some rubberized primer if I remember it correctly. They also made chromed rubber stunt lightsabers for Episode 3. Showed one off in the behind the scenes material.

Wish I had the money for one of these with hair and everything

yes on foam latex mane it would work don't know but on silicone it doesn't stick. and again only silicone sticks to silicone so cant put rubberized primer as it wont stick either.
