Raise the Titanic on Blu-ray...finally !!

So what you're saying is its ok to ruin a movie for someone else just because its a certain age and they never saw it or perhaps wasn't even alive when it was released in the theaters?........which is about the last time I saw this film. I don't think I can recall this film was even shown on tv before.......least my memory doesn't recall ever seeing it broadcast. I'm sure it was never broadcast right from the time Titanic was discovered to our present day. I for one am very happy to see this film finally dusted off and released. My kids have never seen it and we'll be watching it soon as I can find check out the local stores or order it.,,,think I'll go do that right now. :D

I believe this movie was responsible for Saturn 3's poor effects. They had to siphon money to keep titanic afloat.

Watched bits and pieces today.

Had a cool extra on the filming of the Models with Ricou Browning and all involved.

Man I miss Richard Jordan!

Checked all local stores, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Costco...not one stocked it but they do have it on their online stores so finally had to order it. Probably have it by this weekend.

It's a 30+ year old movie for crying out loud...

Titanic: Boat sinks
Raise The Titanic: Boat comes back up

:D

Here you go sports fans; read it and weep:

Raise the Titanic Blu-ray

2.5 on the film
3.5 on the video
4.0 on the audio
2.5 on the extras

I've watched this film at some point in the past 15 years. Maybe a home rental on video...? Watched it mainly for curiousity (nostalgia) and the effects. May get it on Blu for the same reasons.
