Howdy folks!

Just wanted to show off my new Todd's Costumes Raiders holster, to go with my customized Smith & Wesson M1917!

It's not quite so orange in person, it's a perfect sightly reddish brown. I'm in love with it, and it was a heck of a deal!

I've had the revolver for several years now, finally she's got a proper place to stay!

Thanks, Todd!!

Thanks. I made the front sight myself. Started as a Ruger Blackhawk sight. Filed the heck out of it for a few hours, then it was silver soldered to the cut barrel.

She's a hoot to shoot, I'll tell you whut!

I bet! I have one I inherited from my great great grand father and as much as I want to modify I just can't bring myself to.

Well, mine was pretty beat up, and the previous or original owner filed off the US Property stamps both under the barrel and on the butt.

I'd never cut one that was in nicer shape!

Beautiful aren't they? Both the holster and the revolver.

I have one(of each) as well, although Im tempted to hit with some brown shoe polish to better match the look in Raiders. I hope to one day find an M1917 worthy to mod but until then I'll go with the Sarednab version in the works.

Took some beauty shots of the "ensemble", on my special "picture takin' stump"!

Any cat hair you see on the stump or the revolver is just there to remind you that in single-action, this baby has a HAIR trigger!!

Enjoy!
