Hi all
After starting on my R6 droid, it sort of becoming almost obsessive, as you start making one bit, and are instantly looking to the next bit to make, and so on. It sort of starts to consume more and more time.
Anyway, I finally finished some of the vents, and since these were done, I have started and finished the Octagon port, and now working on the pair of front vents.
I am also working on the dome at the same time, but its taking far longer as itÂ’s much bigger.
While not as fancy as proper aluminium ones, pressure casting does produce a far superior cast to just letting it cure on its own, and they look ok with a bit of alloy effect paint.
