The rear flashes green and yellow.
Luckily that means you can get a bicolor yellow/green flashing LED to drive that rear PSI light. 
Those work well, but they do blink a bit fast.
The slow colour-change tricolor LEDs can be modified by drilling out and thus destroying the green diode internally. That leaves you with a slow two-colour red-blue LED; perfect for the front PSI light.
