Not too long ago there was a tutorial for this saber and I can't for the life of me remember who posted it.
Can someone please help me out and post it again? The tutorial also had a template with it so it would be great if I could get that as well.

Wasn't it Killdozer? He made it for his son, posted templates, the works?

I did do a "tutorial" (more like an accounting of steps)... but it fell off the board.
