So I'm going to Chiller this weekend and planning on meeting Alex Winters. I didn't really plan on costuming but I realized I can pretty much make a Bogus Journey Bill costume from clothes I've already got, all I needed was the hat. A quick trip to the thrift store scored me a red hat for $1, just needed to pick off the local VFW embroidery and add the Wyld Stallyns logo.
To paint on the logo I started with yellow highlighter to get the general shape of the words then outlined it in pen for visibility:
Then it was layers of acrylic paint:
