Quick Rondo question - Boba Helmet Build

Hello everybody,

I hope I post in the right forum, figuring that people using pepakura with rondo will see this post.

I am building a Boba Fett helmet right now, trying to rondo the inside of the helmet and peeling off the paper afterwards, just like some of you people already do.

I tried this technique on the left earcap. Rondoing went fine, but the paper won't peel off completly. As suggested I tried to peel the paper with water, but a very thin paper layer is still left on the piece. Even sanding it down is pretty hard.
Any suggestions? I don't use Bondo products, since they are not available where I live. Maybe this is the flaw?

I have had some success with spraying a couple of layers of spraypaint inside the Pepfile before i use the Resin/rondo inside it. It creates a tiny layer between the paper and the rondo/resin so it will be easy to peel off.
