Quick Question about my Iron Man Suit

So, I was reading around and I saw that putting bondo on a foam suit helps fix imperfections and cracks. So me being an idiot, did it. My whole helmet is covered in bondo body filler and I don't even have an electric sander to sand it with. I really just need some tips either on how to sand bondo really easily, or how to just take it off completely. Thanks for all of your help guys, you really are great.

Sandpaper is cheap. Coarse to light is the way to go. If you want the shiny glass-like finish, end with steel wool and lots of buffing.

It depends on how thick you put it on too. You can always use a rasp if needed to take of a large amount at once. But go easy with it and only use it in area where there is alot to take off. They will leavve a pretty deep gouge in the bondo that you will still have to sand out.
