Quick Drying Glue for use on clear plastic goggles? Help ASAP

Hello... I was wondering what a good glue to use would be for gluing things inside a set of plastic airlift goggles, directly on the lens... I was going to use hot glue, but I am at a school that doesn't allow hot glue guns. I also know that super glue will fog up clear plastic, so I need something else... I was recommended Shoe Goo, but it wouldn't dry quick enough as I can't clamp what I'm gluing... Thank you for any assistance...

Depending on where you are in the world and what materials you are gluing together.
If you have access to them, Weld-On #3, Tenex 7, MEK, Watered down PVA, Chrystal Clear, Future Floor coating.

Watered down PVA (Elmers white glue) is what modelers use to put in the clear windows on models.

If used properly, I found that those Laser Bond - UV glue pens work well in some cases, and it's fast (5 seconds).
