Qui-Gon Saber

I thought I would share some pictures of a Qui-Gon saber that i just finished for a customer. It has a master replica fx sound board and a green 3 watt luxeon led. The blade is 36 inches long and it is one of my hybrid dual film blades.

So what is this made of? Resin? Metal? Both?

Not bad! Yes, was this done on a CNC?

It is aircraft aluminum, and I machine then on a manual lathe. I prefer to do my sabers that way.

Thanks everyone, with out the blade the saber only weighs a couple of pounds with the batteries and electronics.
