Question for any MG-34 owners

For anyone with an MG-34, how many feet of rubber grip material is needed for the vented barrel? After years of waiting, I'm finally getting an MG-34 and while I'm waiting for its arrival, I might as well place the grip order with BlasTech.

I'm guessing 10 to 12 feet, but that's a ballpark.

Anyone do this mod to theirs and have an answer?

I have an MG-34 and can say that 8 feet would be more than enough...you'd probably have a foot extra, but it's nice to have room for error.

You need exactly 6 feet. I measured them end to end. Get a little more just in case.

Thanks guys. Exactly what I'm looking for. I'll go 7 or 8 feet and that should do it. Much appreciated.
