Question about pepakura and resin...

So I've recently started working with pepakura and getting some practice putting things together and now I think I've gotten a model to the point where I want to stop practicing with building, and move on to using resin and everything else to make it a durable, good looking prop.

Since, despite his recent history, Cyclops has been my all time favorite X-men character, I went with making his visor. First I made the one he used while he had the Phoenix Force but then I made his more traditional visor. I'm so happy with the way it turned out that I'm going to move on to the next step.

Now I've read several articles on what to do next but I still have questions. Primarily my questions are about the specifics of what to use next. I've seen mention of polyester resin and bondo but I want to make sure what I buy is what I need and that I won't waste my money by getting the wrong thing or something that is inferior.

Are these basically what I'm looking for?

bondo: https://www.homedepot.com/p/3M-Bondo-32-fl-oz-Lightweight-Body-Filler-PN0262/202077782

Any help would be appreciated.

Yup, you got the right stuff. But don't forget about the fiberglass cloth/mat! This will be what keeps the paper pep stiff and durable when you coat it with resin.
