Question about official Iron Man 3D files from films

This might be a bit of a gray area, but I honestly don't know the answer.

I'm assuming the official 3D files of the Iron Man suits used in the films aren't made public.

If they are made public, are they hosted at any special place?

If they're locked away, have any of those files leaked somehow? If so, may I ask (is this against RPF rules?) where one might find them?
