Question about Obi Wan Episode 1 lighsaber

Good evening all,

I've been searching through a box of crap today and found a 3d printed Obi Wan episode 1 lightsabre in it. This prop has always been a favorite of mine, but I seem to see different versions all over the place. The one I have is actually quite fat and looks to be way larger than some others. Was this prop actually quite bulky ??

No, the original was not that bulky. The emitter shroud should be about 1 1/2", closer to same diameter as the Graflex clamp on your Obi-Wan ANH lightsaber there. The "neck" below it should be around 1 1/4".

I would guess that yours must have been based on one of the plastic lightsaber toys which were quite thick.
