If it's the guy I am thinking of, I've seen a couple of his maul sabers and they were very nice, with no rough machining marks (like I've seen on some sabers) although I think the earlier versions he did were missing a few of the radiator fins near the emitters, but I think he has since corrected that... I bought a weathered Obi Wan ANH saber from him not so long ago on eBay. Whilst I believe his earlier versions of each saber were not super accurate, I know his pieces are extremely well made and have some nice little features on them, such as his interpretaion of the graflex clamps "box" section. In fact, I'd say the one I have is of my favourite sabers in my collection, despite the many inaccuracies. I'll see if I can dig out some pictures of the saber later.
He's based in the UK, so for us guys over here, the prices are pretty good. I found his service and coms to be top notch when dealing with him. I had my saber within two days from paying. I think there may of been a couple of threads over on rebelscum about his work too.
