Quasimodo Darth Vader helmet - Version II

I love the sculpts guys - I echo everyone's comments here about it capturing the movie look.
Truly awesome.

I've been dormant in these parts for many years! But it's time to bounce back.

Fingers crossed that I am not too late to place an order for an ESB helmet and armour.
PM sent to Bookface :thumbsup

Cheers,

Thanks, and no, never too late. My goal in finding a prop maker to make these was to perpetually offer castings of my work so that we could continually help the fellow sci-fi female fan with disabilities, so she didn't have to survive on peanut butter and bread. She is literally in tears each time we talk about the financial and well-wishes she receives as a result of this mission. As for me, I could not be more grateful to everyone who's supported this effort!

It's an awesome thing you guys are doing with your talents - and I hope to be able to support you and your efforts with this young lady along with all the other guys here.

Kudos to you

Thanks to Bookface and CSMacLaren, my ESB Vader is finally complete!

Love it to bits!!

I know right? I can stop looking at it! He's tall and imposing (looks small maybe due to the camera angle, but that's a 75" TV there for comparison). Sends chills down my spine that he is standing there in my living room.

Of course, the essence of Vader is beautifully captured by the good guys here!

Amazing ESB Vader. As others have said, it looks like it walked right off the movie set.

I recently acquired a Bookface/CSMacLaren ANH armor. That, coupled with a new belt, and my ANH Vader is pretty set. Here's a regular shot and a couple with artsy filters to make them look like the old Lucasfilm publicity photos.

That looks amazing! It really brings out the vintage!

Looks great! I'm glad you like the helmet and armor.

Just a suggestion: the cod looks too tall, and because of it's dimensions, it makes the thighs look short and the proportions are off. I might suggest Artisan Props, as his cod is more accurate.

Excited for you! :thumbsup

Thanks for the pointer on the cod piece! How can I get in touch with Artisan Props? Is there a link? Thanks!

ArtisanProps is an RPF member. The codpiece on my ANH Vader above is from him, and I highly recommend it. We did everything through PM and his communication throughout the process was impeccable.

Simply Stunning!!

I cannot wait until I get enough posts to buy one of those...

Can you tell me more about your chest & belt boxes...?

Thanks

Thanks! Nothing much to say about the chest and belt boxes except that they are metal ones from Portumac. I cut off the battery connectors and wired them to a wall outlet with a step down transformer so I don't have to change batteries since this is a display piece for me.
