Wow Laser porn !!!!!
Are those the vinyl decals that are being cut to then be layered onto the top piece of acrylic?
No, thats gloss black paint being removed by the fiber laser. What im doing is painting all the colors on, then lasering away in layers. These videos just show me testing the process. Are those the vinyl decals that are being cut to then be layered onto the top piece of acrylic?

Vinyl would never get micro fine lines like this.Wow, that's not what I expected. I'm glad I asked.
Good luck, I'm sure you'll nail it.
My goal is to power the laser just enough to remove one color layer of paint, leaving the other color below as demonstrated in this video.Wow, that's not what I expected. I'm glad I asked.

That is an incredibly inventive and precise way to get a consistent finish. My goal is to power the laser just enough to remove one color layer of paint, leaving the other color below as demonstrated in this video.
The key is finding the correct paint. I had to use high performance high temperature resistant paint for the under colors and standard paint for the top. Getting the bottom coat thick enough fast enough so you can peel the paper off with out taking the under color with it was a challenge too. But so far the results are impressive. That is an incredibly inventive and precise way to get a consistent finish.
Bravo sir!
