Thanks for the input! I think it might be out of my realm to duplicate at this time, maybe when we get an HD copy on blu ray someone with more experience than me can make an accurate model.

How long before the Chinese companies start offering all metal ones?

Frankly, I'm surprised there aren't any available yet. It's a key prop to the film, although the ones on the suits look to be a little different than the one Stark has on when arriving to meet Cap.
