Hey quake when you order it tell them to make it have:
Removable hood, gloves, boots and front zipper.

Trust me they'll do it custom for you

I've ordered those for power ranger costumes. You won't believe how customized they can make it for such a little price.

helps so much ill see if i can have them do the red gloves and boots and hood but see if they can extend it a about 2 inches past the soulder for the collar area.

also i can repost it on the 504th. no prob. cant reprint the pep until the morning(baby sleeping)

thanks! i used a regal red. then after i sprayed the silver and red. i stood about 3-4 feet a way and lightly dusted the entire suit to dull it down a bit.

ok soooo ive been busy in pepakura hell for the past few days. i decided to go with dubean33's Mark V helmet(not a wise choise for a first pep). this being my first pep i think i did ok. i got my resin today hopefully i will be doing all that tomorrow.

also i painted the cod piece. i still need to add details as far as the hip joints and what not.
i know it looks off it the pic but the front has elastic riveted in for a snug fit. it looks even when its connected to the torso.

ok so i spread my fiberglass resin today. once it dries ill be able to sand, bondo the sand some more. my pep didnt come out as great as i was hoping for but im hoping my past experience as an auto paint and body man will come in handy.

I think it looks fine.

If you're not happy with it. I suggest using the regular dungbeetle helmet file and just etch the lines with on the faceplate with a dremel.

yeah i sure picked a tough one for my first pep.
i think i can make it work out with right amout of bondo and sanding. if not. the face plate is the only thing im really worried about. saying that i have a second faceplate (dubean33 mark III 2.0) pep set aside i think i can modify to work for this if im not 90% satisfied with the turn out.

Oh, finally found working batteries lol heres a pic of mine so far, any Ideas for the faceplate hinge and back connector? I have some Ideas, Ill ms paint them up. They are completely different from what everyone else has come up with! It could possibly blow your mind at how simple it is so beware lol.

Oh! and IF you get a zentai, you should get them to make it a red and grey, (or whatever colors you want) Spiderman suit. I dont think that would be extra and you could have 2 costumes in one. Im sure the spiderman side of it could spice things up in the bedroom. :lol

yours is looking pretty damn good my friend. im still sanding mine. :cry uhhg. anywho as far as hinges go, idk just yet. i saw a pic of that guy who does things hinge system. maybe his old one? idk wasnt too impressed with it. pretty simple actually. i think we can find something ay home depot or the hardware store that would work. either way ill try and find the pic so i can show you.

instead of PMing you ill just post this here so anyone who needs this info can get it.
i started using Fett's templates, when i got to the abs and bells i started to make my own from there. when i freehanded them i would look at the pics of the markV for reference, then draw it out on paper, cut it out and tape it to whatever part i was doing so that i would know how it would fit and look and make fine adjustments from there. what specifically about the assembly were you curious about? ill post a link to my Flickr acct. there is a lot more pics of how i attached everything there.http://www.flickr.com/photos/48594347@N06

Au lieu de PMing vous malade juste la poste ceci ici si quiconque a besoin de ces informations peut l'obtenir. j'ai commencé à utiliser les gabarits de Fett, quand je suis arrivé à l'abs et aux cloches j'ai commencé à faire mon propre de là. quand je libère les ai transmis je regarderais le pics du markV pour la référence, alors le rallonger sur le papier, le couper et l'enregistre hors à quoi que sépare je faisais pour que je saurais qu'il ajusterait et regarderait et ferait des réglages précis de Là. de ce qu'en particulier de l'assemblée vous étaient curieux ? la poste malade un lien à mon Flickr acct. il y a beaucoup plus de pics de comment je tout ai attaché là. je didnt doit remettre à l'échelle gabarits de fetts après que je les découpe j'ai fait des réglages précis pour ma taille ils werent qui éloigné de pour me. im à peu près 5'11 135 livres
