The Mal Holsters are now shipping from QMx. Mine is in transit to KS and expected to arrive on Jan. 19th.

No shipping notice with mine, but after months of delays and getting "in 2 weeks" as a response to every email I sent. I'll believe it when I actually have mine on my doorstep, opened, with the holster inside and not just full of packing peanuts.

Check your QMx account cheech. I didn't get a shipping notice either but the order status was changed to "Shipped" and a tracking number is listed in the order details.
 
I've got one on order too.
But I know the guy that's hand stitching them, so even if mine is made LAST, I KNOW we're all getting them.
He's not being lazy, they're a lot of work.

Point of interest; The big metal whatsits and the gun cleaning kit on the table are both screen used pieces from the show.
Jayne's cleaning kit from 'Ariel' and the big coffee grinder thing from every scene in the galley in every episode.

My Firefly Mal Holster has arrived and it looks like QMx has done it again with another high quality, incredibly detailed replica. I don't know much about holsters but this is a beautiful piece of leather work. It looks like I got #102/500. And of course, some nice packaging as a bonus.

To my surprise, mine arrived today too. I got #177. It'll be the weekend before I can dig my 47A out and check it's fit and snag some pics.
 
yeah, it looks super nice. love the moses bros bag too! very fine addition! can't wait to get mine.
 
Before I paid I emailed them to see when the estimated shipping date was. They told me they ship immediately now. I paid for mine on the 11th and haven't heard anything from QMx. I tried emailing them last week (Thursday) and never heard back. I just called them and their customer service number goes directly to voice mail. I left a message. Hopefully they will call me back. So far I am less than impressed with the customer service.
 
Got a call this afternoon and they are shipping it today. That's a relief. I'll probably be giving QMx a lot of my money in the future if this holster is as nice as everyone says it is.
 
He made 5 0 0 of those things? No wonder Badger is selling off the collection. I make two bowls of oatmeal and im ready to walk away from it all.
