Want to Buy Punisher war zone help

    Could anybody be so kind, as to give a good neck shoulder piece that I can purchase. Or possibly some ideas on how to make them? If your uncertain of the neck piece you can google " punisher warzone ". And picture of him in the movie will come up.



    I plan on doing a full outfit and just stuck on the neck portion of the costume ANY help is greatly appreciated.
