Not perfect but definitely getting close to acceptable.

Looking good. As you know, the problem with pewter is that it cannot be polished with powerful tools (melting problems) compared with steel or aluminium

I put a thin layer of HD foam on the pump grip runners to protect the cage mate.

Aluminium barrel vent, I’ve designed the templates for the router so I can hand mill the slots etc, if I can’t knock up a sheet folding tool I may have to buy one..
