Proton Pack out of foam? uh-oh...

So i have a bunch of foam left over from this project...

I eyeballed this and the voltron above.

got a bit tired so ill leave the frame deal and boosters until tomorrow am.

I'm pretty much doing this to see how light I can make one. I will be making a working version later.

Looks pretty good man. How thick is that foam?

1/4" thick. i know its a bit off...but its pretty close.

there are tons of supports on the inside.

I hot glued the pack to the frame just to see what it looks like.

Wow, very impressive! It definitely does not look like foam in the least. Do you have plans to add electronics/lights or will this be a stricly static piece?

not sure yet. in order to gain access, id need to cut some holes here and there, so doubt it.

dude this looks pretty bad ass for it being foam. It would be great for conventions no weight to it. Great job man!
