Protoman! (making the armor real)

I kinda like the obvious fiberglass woven texture to it. Give it a really tough, gritty feel to a such a smooth "cutesy" styled character.

Feels like a Kevlar cartoon.
 
Nothing worse than spending all day walking around at convention in a seriously uncomfortable costume. Nice pic of Zero in the background by the way.

If I had the capability of vacuum bagging the whole thing so that I could get a perfect, uniform surface, I'd consider going that route. It would look pretty awesome.
Either that, or red dyed fiberglass... Nah, it's still too expensive.

It's not super uncomfortable, but it does grate on you after a few hours.
