Um, hello.

Here is some progress shots of a GA suit i am working on..

I would like to upgrade the collar, neck ring to a more accurate version.

It is looking good! I don't believe anyone has made an "accurate neck-ring" available, One would probably need to be scratch built or your existing one modified

The fiberglass Disney suit version is terribly inaccurate as well.

The only accurate neck rings I have seen are those that have been molded off the ESB suit (http://www.jeffcohost.com/~tk409/c3po/ESB/parts/images/IMG_4572.jpg)

Not a dumb question..the head, torso, arms and shoulders are vacuformed. the hands , horseshoe ring around the back of the head and neck ring/collar are resin casts.
I did add more detail to the back of the arms using strip styrene, as the forms were missing this detail. The front coupler in the belly will be replaced by a resin cast, as this lacks detail also.
