It claims do work the same like Prosaide but i will not be "sticky" (so no Perma-Wet needed??)

Who has worked with Notack?

Yes.. Good stuff.. Great for making a pax base, but entirely different then permawet which is a finishing sealer

essentially , yes. While permawet isnt the only sealer on the market ( there are home depot polyacrylics that work just fine) it is the prefered product around these parts
