Propstore's first live Hollywood Auction totals over $1.5 million

Online entertainment memorabilia dealer, Propstore, held their first live and online Auction of Film & Television Artefacts Auction recently in the UK. Auction total including the buyers premium was sizable at $1,570,000.

Highlight’s of the auction lots sold include:

Lot #3: Ripley’s (Sigourney Weaver) Flamethrower from Alien. Est: £25,000 – £35,000. Sold for £25,000.

Lot #15: Marty McFly’s (Michael J. Fox) Mattel Hoverboard from Back to the Future 2. Est: £14,000 – £18,000. Sold for £22,500.

Lot #115: Full-Size Running 1970 Chevy Nova “Death Proof” Car. Est: £20,000 – £30,000. Sold for £20,000.

Lot #145: SPECTRE Underwater Tow Sled from Thunderball. Est: £20,000 – £30,000. Sold for £20,000.

Lot #27: Remote Control Batmobile Model Miniature from Batman Forever. Est: £20,000 – £30,000. Sold for £20,000.

Lot #268: Niki Lauda’s (Daniel Bruhl) Prop Ferrari 312T2 Formula One Car from Rush. Est: £20,000 – £30,000. Sold for £20,000

Lot #349: Complete Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) Costume from Terminator 2. Est: £18,000 – £22,000. Sold for £18,000

Lot #376: Wonka’s (Gene Wilder) Golden Ticket from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Est: £15,000 – £20,000. Sold for £15,000

Lot #211: Ujio’s (Hiroyuki Sanada) Samurai Warrior Costume from The Last Samurai. Est: £15,000 – £20,000. Sold for £15,000

Lot #25: Batman’s Batsuit With Cape from Batman Returns. Est: £10,000 – £15,000. Sold for £11,000

keatonknight you are so right , I don't how everybody in these prop auctions are paying these prices in every auction , I really don't get it, looks like everyone in this country is rich all of sudden . Nate Sanders auctions make Premiere prop auctions look like a bargain they are real high!
