Prop Tutorials?

I've been inspired by the great tutorials listed in BlindSquirrels blog, I recently finished my version of his Mjolnir tutorial and am looking for my next project (besides Stormbreaker, that is... :) )

So I was thinking: "Wouldn't it be great for relative-newbies like myself to have a thread linking any tutorials out there to help get our feet wet?" If this is against any of the rules please remove it forthwith, but if not, let's get some links.

Any and all tutorials. Let's have 'em.
