Unlimited Run Prop Shop style Vertical Lightsaber Stands

Here is one of the stands "in action"... These are great solid pieces and well worth the price.

Awesome, glad to see they got there fine :) In future guys if you're buying to display something other than a saber in them I'd be happy to modify the design to better fit whatever it is you need them for. As long as they're not any bigger the customisation won't affect the price ;)

Interested, PM sent regarding question on fit & shipping, thanks...

One of the questions related to displaying a Graflex with a reflector in. I don't have any unconverted Vintage Graflexes on hand but they were designed primarily based on vintage Graflex measurements so here's a reflector in my vintage ANH build I thought someone else might find useful:

All remaining stands are now shipped but couldn't resist taking this lineup pic earlier :)

I still have four of these ready to ship (as of Feb 17th)

Been experimenting with some possible finishes:

Turns out it's tough to photograph hammered finish paint.

Still haven't found a texture paint I like

Nice finishes, do the stands need to be painted or are they good to go as shipped?

Only if you want to :) I'm currently giving them a quick coat of flat black before I ship them out.

So would one be 43.60? No clue.

This run is live, price is $30 for one or $50 for two + $13.60 USA shipping (includes $50 insurance).

One would be $30 plus $13.60 shipping which would be $43.60 total :) I'm happy to use other shipping methods but USPS flat rate includes tracking and $50 insurance. Hope this answers your question :)

So what about "50 dollar insurance?"

Not quite sure what you're asking :) Within the $13.60 USPS flat rate cost the packages are insured for up to a value of $50 meaning if they lose or damage it they will reimburse you for the value. It's not an extra cost. Does that help?

Oh. Thought it was going towards the actual cost.

I should have asked what brands have you tested? after reading your post, I started looking and found Rust-Oleum Hammered Paint For Plastic Spray (Black) or Textured Spray (Black) which seems to have good reviews for its application & finishes, what's your view of these Rust-Oleum products, thanks...

If you're looking to replicate the exact finishes in my image above here's what I used:

If going for the textured look I'd suggest several coats to fill it in better than I did :)

Also I received these felt pads today for where the pommel rests and they fit perfectly :D All future stands will have them and I will send them for free to those who have already bought stands if they want them :)
